REAL-TIME IMAGES TIMELINE

1980 - We were originally named "Mixed Media"
1980 - Created some of the first games written for home computers
1981 - Computer based presentations using the BBC Micro
1981 - Series of books with Usborne Publishing
1982 - Created 3D and painting software
1983 - "Hylo Havoc" promotional game played at Manchester Airport
1984 - "Mixed Media" became Real-Time Presentations Ltd
1985 - Built PC based video paint and animation system, produced early 3D work
1988 - A touch operated Window data-display system for a City of London Investment Firm
1991 - Realtime Presentations evolved into Real-Time Images(unlimited)
1991 - Rebuilt our animation system based around the original Autodesk "3D Studio"
1992 - Created "Undersea Rescue" game for an exhibition promo
1993 - Developed software captioning system for Cable TV.
1995 - Development of "Asagi" interactive tutorial system for Autotrain
1996 - Created "Inspector Moore" plant safety game
1997 - Created "Vic" an award winning Animated 3D spokesperson for BritVic & Pepsi
1998 - Switched our video shooting to digital.
1999 - Consolidated all facilites in house for one-stop video and multimedia production
2000 - Delivered a lecture to British Computer Society -"PC's and the movies"
2001 - Business as usual
2005 - Upgraded equipment and software for HD Production.
2008 - More great clients, more projects, more lights, cameras, action - more everything.
